May 5th Chapter Ride Old Sac and Amador City

Ed has a ride for us up the lazy river to Old Sacto for Lunch, then out to Hwy 16, Hwy 49, Hwy 104, Hwy 88, Hwy 99, then return to Livermore. It's a nice looking loop including one of my favorite roads.

May 12th Cruzer Customizing Livermore Open House

Bikers!  Come one come all to the Cruiser Customizing Open House.

May 20th Sunday Short Chapter Ride Alice's

Since 2005, the Hayward Fault Chapter has pretty much restricted itself to Chapter Rides on the 1st Saturday of each month. One of the prime reasons for choosing Saturdays was that several Chapter Members were staunch church-goers and 1st Sat. was an accomodation to make sure they could be available for our rides. Several former members have queried me about no longer running 2 rides a month (1st Sat / 3rd Sun), as we did before 2005. We're a little slow to respond, but here is an answer to those who can only make a Sunday ride.

We will plan these to be shorter outings, 3-4 hrs. only. We will either meet at 8AM and be done by Noon, or meet at Noon and be done by 4PM. We'll give this a shot for the High Summer months and see how it goes, perhaps we will extend it into Sept and Oct, if it proves successful.

May 26th Star Knights Memorial Ride

This is an evening memorial ride to honor those fallen in service to their country, organized by Santa Clara Prez & Vet Rep. Rich Martin. Various groups will converge on the Viet Vets Memorial on the Capitol Mall in Sacto about 10:30PM.
