January 9th SATURDAY Charter Signing Meeting & Short to Follow (weather permitting)

This is a needed administrative meeting to collect the rest of chapter dues from members, fill out Ride Waivers for '10 and to sign our Chapter Charter contracts. We must have a minimum of 12 Chapter Members sign the Charter to continue the 103 Chapter, so I need the turnout of *all* Hayward Fault Chapter members to show and sign. You must have a current STAR membership card or receipt showing current membership in STAR to sign. You will qualify if you signup or renew at the same time during the meeting so don't be shy if you're not current.

So check your membership cards for expiration, gather your insurance documents for the waivers and come on down!!

You are cordially invited to the 5th annual Nor Cal STAR chapter Leadership Summit

all chapter officers are invited including
Presidents, VPs, LOS, Vet Rep, Sgt at Arms,Secretaries, Treasurers,Ride Captains, Tail Gunners, Shepherds and this year we would like webmasters and if you have one Safety officers.

We will have a few short presentations followed by breakout group discussions by officer group.
This year we would like notes and a short report from each group at the end of the meeting.

Any subjects that you feel need addressing should be sent to your State directors.
