Saturday December 3 - Election & Xmas party

Annual XMAS Party.

Meet, Greet & Eat! Toney & Nancy will lay out a spead and all we have to do is toss in $10/ea to cover costs. We would appreciate a headcount of those planning to attend so we only get 10x as much food as needed, rather than 100x. There will be an election-can to drop your ballot into, at the party. Ed Carreno & I will be running unopposed again (chickens!!) so the vote is probably moot. Remember that voting members must have attended at least 40% of annual chapter rides and events and be current on chapter dues, to vote.

Saturday December 10th - Xmas Lite Ride - Fremont & San Jose

WE ARE GOING RAIN OR SHINE. We will ride if weather permits, otherwise we will drive.

We are still in the planning stages for this, so there may yet be some changes.
This is scheduled as a night ride, so plan for warmth and visibility.

Fri-Sun December 16-18 Cycle World - International Motorcycle Show

This is the big daddy new bike show. All major and most minor manufacturers are there with their latest offerings. HD and Yamaha will have bring test fleets. Wanna ride a new Roadliner?? This is the place! Tickets cost $12 bucks cash at the gate (no ATM available) plus an avg 45minute wait in line. I bought a block of 20 tickets to get a $2 discount. So far I have reserved: 3 for me, 2 for Ryan, 2 for the Ramseys, 1 for Teach, 1 for George S. & 1 for Roy, so I have 10 left. I will trade tix for $10 cash/ea at the Xmas party, otherwise you'll have to make arrangements. Call or email me to reserve any of the remaining 10 tix. There is a limited amount of free parking for bikes at this show, but this is a first-time-new-location and I expect some glitches. Car parking is $10. The Christian Motorcycle Assn runs a free gear check, so you can check your Helmet & Jacket indoors, if you ride

Star Touring will have a booth in the Star/Yamaha area and I'll be working Fri nite and Ed will be working there Sunday. We've made up some new chapter flyers and will be recruiting at this event.
