August 5th Chapter Ride

Saturday, August 5, 2006 Chapter #209 will be hosting our 4th Annual Anniversary Ride & B-B-Que.  This years B-B-Que will be held at Mt. Madonna County Park on the Hill Top Location.  This year is going to be a little different.  There will be a Scenic Ride to the B-B-Que event and then we will all sit down for a nice B-B-Que Feast of Tri-Tip, Chicken, Bread, Beans, Salad and Fried Rice.  It's always been some good eats from Danny and his Family.

 

We will be having a 50/50 Raffle and maybe a couple of raffle prizes.  We will not be having ride pins or patches this year.  This years B-B-Que will focus on bringing friends and STAR Family members together for a B-B-Que out in mother nature.  We are inviting Chapter #161 of Monterey County and Chapter #103 of Hayward Fault to join us on this nice day.  The location of the B-B-Que is in the shaded trees of the Mt. Madonna County Park.  We should have a nice and cool are to just hang out and chat and eat and share stories with one another.

 

Oh, here is a fun idea,  there are a few of us that are camping over night at Mt. Madonna County park beginning on Friday night.  We have 3 campsites reserved.  All three are RV sites so if you have and RV and want to trailer your bikes in for the weekend then feel free.  Derwin and Sue Ereso already have one site spoken for.  Myself and a few other will be motorcycle camping beginning Friday night and also on Saturday night.  We will be heading out on Sunday morning.  All are welcome to camp and spend the night either on Friday or Saturday night.  Just call Michael Celaya(President) and let him know that you'll be camping.  Right now we have sites #101E, #112E and #114E reserved

 

Ok, here is the really fun information.  I Need A Head Count A.S.A.P. of all the people who will definitely be attending the B-B-Que.  I need to give Danny the caterer the head count so that he can prepare for the B-B-Que.  The cost of the B-B-Que will be $15 per person and there has always been plenty of food.  If the cost per person ends up being less then $15 then the difference will be returned to You.  How's That?  So please check your schedules and your plans for Saturday, August 5, 2006 and let me know if you will be attending and how many will be attending.  Remember the cost is $15 per person.  You may bring the money with you to the "Friends Night Out Dinner" on Tuesday, July 25, 2006 @ 6:30 pm at Sam's Barbeque.

August 19th S. Stockton Poker Run

Stockton Chapter 192 of S. Stockton is having their 3rd annual Child Abuse Prevention Poker Run.
