April 2nd Saturday Chapter Ride

Berryessa Loop

This is a 2nd try at a ride we planned a year ago that was rained out. Lucky Jeannette, Ed, Judy & I had a wonderful pre-ride through the blooming vineyards and back roads running along the west side of Lake Berryesa. We plan a lunch stop at a supermarket deli so bring sandwich money along with toll for the Benicia Bridge. The map attachment shows the basic route, the only change is that we will start in San Ramon, not Fremont!!(RYAN)

April 12th General Chapter Meeting

This will be our first sit-down meeting since the election and charter signing in January. We have a bunch of goodies for raffle and will also hold a 50/50 raffle. Topics of discussion are upcoming rides, final versions of the Chapter logo/banner for submission to National for approval, and a recap of a meeting of chapter presidents from Northern CA & NV that Ed & I attended last weekend. It is a good time to get current with your chapter dues, because when we finally get approval for our logo we will have expenses for a banner and business cards for us all. I would also like to discuss the possibility of us hosting a poker run ourselves before the end of the year.

I hope to have a good turnout for this quarterly meeting.
We don't do them often, so I'd really encourage you all to squeeze this into your busy schedules,
